Parking Facilities

Customers shopping at The Atrium may make use of 3 floors of free parking. This also includes reserved spaces for persons with special needs.

 

Payment Options

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and all local bank Debit cards. We regret that cheques can no longer be accepted.
You can also buy now and pay us off later with our FLEXIPAY scheme www.theatrium.com.mt/flexipay

Stock inventory is linked to our website. Click on the images for more product info, prices and stock availability. You can use the 'hide out of stock' filter to only view the items available in stock.

Home Delivery

Deliveries around Malta:

We offer free delivery on all orders €50 and over.
A delivery charge of €10 applies for orders below €50.

Deliveries in Gozo:

A nominal fee of €20 applies to orders delivered to Gozo.

Deliveries are made to ground floor. If you require goods to be taken up to the upper floors a furniture-lifter will be required. Should this be the case we will be more than pleased to make arrangements on your behalf with a trustworthy subcontractor. When a furniture-lifter is required you will need to make arrangements with your Local Council for the issuing of a permit.

Our objective is to deliver small packages within a max. of two working days from date of order. Larger items (over 20kgs and larger than 1.5m) will take approx. 4 working days (depending on the workload of the larger vans).

 

Assembly Service

Most products sold at The Atrium can be assembled by following the enclosed assembly instructions, however we can also offer assembly services at very moderate rates. Please ask in-store for details.

 

Returns Policy

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase but must be accompanied by the original receipt for a full refund to be issued (not applicable for furniture items). We have strict hygiene standards in place, therefore, items such as pillows and mattresses that have been opened from original packaging and personnel care products such as shavers, hair stylers etc. cannot be returned.

Furthermore, items purchase on SALE or any other offer/promotion cannot be returned

 

Order cancellation policy

Orders for furniture items from stock can be cancelled if this is advised within 24 hours of order confirmation. In this case the deposit will be transferred to other purchases that you would like to effect from The Atrium, either immediately or within a reasonable time frame. Orders for products that have been ordered according to your specific request (kitchen, leather sofa, wall system, walk-in-wardrobe set up, bedroom, office set up.....) cannot be cancelled.

 

Pet Policy

We are pleased to advise that although we have ‘no pets allowed policy/signage’, we will allow pets that are small enough to be held in a ‘purse size’ pet carrier or in hand. Pets must be carried in the bag/hand the entire time they are in the building.

 

How can I place my order?

Our website is directly linked to our stock inventory. To place an order, simply click on the 'add to your basket' tab. This will take you to our payment gateway, where the system will guide you through the process, which only takes a few minutes.

How can I confirm a quotation?

If you would like to confirm a quotation without physically visiting our store to make a deposit, you can conveniently do it online using this link: https://www.theatrium.com.mt/order-deposit-payment

Please ensure that you input the date the quotation was issued in the 'date field'. The system will automatically upload the list of items for you to confirm. You have the option to choose 'deposit payment'. The system is preset to guide you to pay a 30% deposit, or you can select 'other payment amount' and enter the full amount.

 

How do I pay a deposit or balance due on an order?

Enter the order number and order date, and then choose 'deposit payment'. The system will prompt you to pay a 30% deposit. Alternatively, if the deposit has already been paid, you can select 'other payment amount' and enter the full amount or remaining balance due.
