All BBQ drip trays need to be covered with foil to prevent fats/oils from falling directly on trays. BBQ grills need to be cleaned with lemon juice while they are still warm and the external parts with liquid dish soap and water.
If this is your first BBQ, you would need a Check our Gas Regulator Kit, which consists of a regulator, 1M pipe and 2 jubilee clips.
