How does the air fryer work?
The air fryer cooks thanks to the high temperature air, adjustable from 35 ° C up to 200 ° C, which circulates at maximum speed and at 360 ° inside the cooking chamber and guarantees uniform distribution of the heat inside. It is precisely the hot air that allows the dishes to cook evenly and the formation of a crispy crust on the outside, which has nothing to envy to traditional frying. Thanks to the hot air, there will be no need to add a lot of oil to get a tasty fried, because a simple spoon will be enough, in this way you will bring lighter but tasty foods to the table for the whole family.
You can cook two different dishes at the same time or cook a dish in large quantities by dividing it into the 2 baskets with the Dual Cook function.
For dinners and lunches based on different dishes, don't worry about the timing: with the Synchronize function you can cook 2 different dishes and make sure they are ready at the same time.
