Large items

Standard delivery

Furniture, large appliances and other bulky items.

Malta. Gozo large-item deliveries may take around 2–3 weeks.

Small parcels

Courier delivery

Smaller items are sent by courier or MaltaPost once ready to dispatch.

Applies to suitable parcel-sized items.

If the item cannot be delivered to ground floor level or transported using a suitable internal lift, please contact our Delivery Team in advance. A lifter service can be arranged at an additional charge where required.

We arrange the appointment

For furniture and larger items, our Delivery Team contacts you once the order is ready to agree an available delivery slot.

30-minute call

On scheduled larger-item deliveries, the team normally calls around 30 minutes before arrival.

Measure the route

Check doors, corridors and lift dimensions before delivery and keep the route into the property clear.

Old white goods

We can collect your old appliance when delivering a new one if this is arranged in advance. It must be disconnected and ready.

Paid orders can be held

Fully paid items can be held for up to 2 months free of charge. Storage charges may apply after that period.

Standard delivery for larger items normally takes around 5-7 working days, depending on stock availability, location and delivery scheduling.

Small items are usually delivered by courier or MaltaPost within 1-2 working days once the order is ready to dispatch.

Collection is usually available the next working day. Please wait for our email confirming that your order is ready before visiting the showroom.

Yes. Fast delivery is available on selected items and may be delivered as early as 1 hour. Speak to our team for a quote and to agree the exact date and time.

We only deliver to ground floor level or to an upper floor when the property has a suitable inner lift. Our delivery team does not carry items up stairs.

Yes. Gozo delivery is free on orders over €200. Orders below €200 have a €20 delivery charge.
