What are typical lead times?
It depends on the products involved. Stock items can often be delivered quickly, while made-to-order and imported pieces take longer. Every proposal includes confirmed lead times so you can plan around them.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Projects are quoted individually, from a handful of rooms to full developments. Share your brief and we'll tell you the best route for the size of your project.
Do you offer trade pricing & VAT invoicing?
Yes. Project pricing is prepared for each brief, and VAT invoices are issued for business clients.
Can we see samples before ordering?
Yes. Fabric, finish and material samples can be arranged, and many pieces can be seen at our showroom in Birkirkara.
Do you handle delivery and installation?
Yes, delivery and installation are available at an additional charge. Both are planned around your programme and site access, and coordinated by your Projects contact.
