With kebab skewers simple skewers or unusual meals can be created. There are almost no limits to creativity when putting together culinary delicacies. Therefore, the skewers are available in different lengths and diameters.
These natural-colored shashlik skewers (more rarely also Schaschlyk skewers) have a diameter of approx. 2.5 mm and a length or height of approx. 15 cm.
They are made of bamboo (compostable) and are also known as grill skewers because they are used specifically for grilling vegetable skewers, meat skewers or fish skewers. They are used in the private sector as well as in gastronomy, for example in food trucks or food stands at events or the Christmas market.
The bamboo skewers weigh approx. 0.72 grams each.
