The "Granite II" series cookware is characterized by being made of die-cast aluminum and a steel bottom (so it can be used on induction cookers).
They are finished with a granite non-stick coating in brown - thanks to which greater hardness was obtained (even than ceramic ones!).
The top layer is harder than Teflon , but at the same time retains its advantages: It does not burn, distributes heat well. Therefore, it combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware, it has all the advantages of Teflon, but at the same time it is more resistant to damage, even outperforming ceramic coatings.
