These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all consumers will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.

• The prize is to be won by ONE unique participant from either Facebook OR Instagram who will receive a Mastercook Outdoor Kitchen (Code: MCK42224) for free.
• The GIVEAWAY ends on Tuesday the 19th of May 2026.
• The Atrium (Inspirations Ltd.) reserves the right to extend or halt the competition after this date.
• Participants must react and comment on the Giveaway post and follow both Facebook (The Atrium - Malta) and Instagram (@atriummalta) pages.
• To be eligible for the prize, participants' profiles must be public.
• The winner will be randomly selected and will be contacted via direct message on their social media page from where they had commented.
• No cash alternatives are offered. No part of the offer is exchangeable for cash and this offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotions.
• Lava rewards are not applicable.
• Excluded from participation are staff members of The Atrium and their direct family members.
• Participants of the competition must be over the age of 18 or have parental permission to participate.
