How does a Siesta 210 gas BBQ work? Lighting a Siesta 210 gas BBQ is very simple. Here's how: first, open the lid of your gas barbecue, then turn on the valve on your gas cylinder. Now, give the gas some time to circulate inside your gas barbecue. Then turn the control knobs to the highest setting. These are connected to the various burners of your Siesta 210 gas BBQ. Once you see a flame, close the lid and let it heat up for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then, you can start grilling! When using a gas barbecue, we recommend using propane gas. Don't forget to purchase a suitable gas regulator. This reduces the pressure in the gas cylinder, which is often much higher than what a barbecue needs. Be sure to regularly check the expiration date on the gas hose. Standard gas hoses have a lifespan of 5 to 10 years.
