Easy Start Kamal makes starting easy: thanks to its four sturdy wheels, you can effortlessly move it from storage to the patio. Fill the charcoal basket halfway, light it with a few firelighters or wood shavings, fully open the air intake at the bottom, and leave the lid open. The ceramic casing around the charcoal basket retains heat and allows the flame to develop quickly. Once the coals are coated with a layer of gray ash, you're ready to barbecue!
Easy Cook Kamal regulates and retains heat superbly thanks to its mullite ceramic construction. This material ensures heat retention, allowing the coals to burn continuously and maintain the perfect temperature. With a lid that seals completely airtight thanks to a durable wire mesh seal and stainless steel springs, heat, smoke, and flavor are perfectly preserved. Cooking with the Kamal is relaxed and easy: you can easily adjust the temperature while barbecuing by playing with the air supply at the bottom and the top valve at the top. The Kamal 2.0 is not only functional but also ergonomically designed with a raised base for greater comfort while grilling. The two sturdy, folding side tables made of durable and weather-resistant HDPE material offer ample space for tools, plates, or ingredients. Whether you choose to grill directly over the coals or indirectly using the flexible cooking system that comes standard, the Kamal expands the possibilities for a versatile barbecuing experience. The flexible cooking system includes a custom-made multi-level rack, along with two crescent-shaped stainless steel grates, two crescent-shaped heat shields, and a simmer pot or wok holder.
Easy Clean Kamal is self-cleaning. Heat Kamal for 30 minutes at 260°C. This process will burn off any remaining food scraps and waste. After heating, you can, if necessary, lightly brush the inside of Kamal with a dry brush so that the remaining ash falls into the ash collection tray. Afterward, simply empty the ash collection tray. The heavy exterior of Kamal can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Important: Never use water or cleaning products to clean the inside of Kamal. The ceramic is porous and will absorb water or cleaning products, which can cause Kamal to crack over time.
Easy Upgrade The Kamal 2.0 comes standard with a flexible cooking system, allowing you to grill both directly and indirectly. You can easily upgrade this system with two cast iron grates for ultimate grill marks or a stew pot. You can also choose a pizza stone, meat claws, smoker wood, a grid lifter, or numerous other accessories!
