-Place roller Knife sharpener on flat surface.
-Knife edge against grindstone and blade resting on inside of roller.
-Use a steady back and forth sawing motion with downward pressure.
-Allow knife to roll with stone.
-Sharpening curved end of blade raise hand slightly to remain in close contact with grindstone.
