This shiny red casserole is made of cast iron. A big advantage of this pan is that the heat is very well conducted through the entire pan and this heat is then retained very well. The pan comes with a matching lid and has a capacity of 2.5 L. A cast iron pan can be heated very far and is therefore suitable for all heat sources, including induction and can also be used in the oven up to 300 degrees. After use, let the pan cool down. Once it has cooled down, you can clean it with soap and water and then rinse it well and dry it. Please note that you must pre-treat this pan before using it for the first time. This can be done very easily by rinsing the pan with water and drying it well. Then you can grease the pan with vegetable oil and rub off the excess with kitchen paper. The pan is then ready for use!
