Pleated electric kettle from Alessi with convenient temperature control. This new precision kettle boils the water at exactly the desired temperature for coffee (eg 92 degrees) or matcha tea (70-80 degrees). When the temperature is reached, the kettle gives a signal. The kettle is easy to open and close, can be quickly removed from the hidden base and is equipped with an anti-scale filter. The kettle is protected against boiling dry by a safety mechanism, the base of the kettle is thermally insulated, so even if the water has reached boiling point, it can be safely placed on any surface. The collection combines Alessi's historical manufacturing experience with elements from Italian culture, to explore new possible definitions of metal surfaces.
