Specific performance varies by model, but current Dyson purifiers use particle filtration and activated-carbon stages to target airborne particles plus selected gases and odors.

Do Dyson purifiers also cool the room?

Purifier fans project cooling airflow but are not air conditioners. Hot+Cool models add heating capability.
